I haven't had much experience with realtors, but Natalie was always attentive and always got down to the information we wanted/needed. She helped us along to every step and stayed in constant contact even at odd hours of the day. I can't praise her highly enough. I would definitely have her as my realtor again if in the future I would end up selling the house I just bought.

As a first time homebuyer, the process can be SO intimidating! Natalie and the team were there every step of the way, and championed for me the entire way through the process. She was so knowledgeable and attentive, I always felt in the loop and in control of what was going on.

She helped us find and purchase land, and then followed us through designing our new house, She was so helpful making suggestions and giving us great advice. She continues to help us while our next house is being constructed. We'll definitely be using her to help sell our current house once our new one is built.

First, she helped us purchase land where we ultimately built a house, but also stayed with us through the house design process. She gave us her opinion on many aspects of the design, to include color matching and the selection of fixtures. Once the construction was underway, she walked through the house we were getting ready to sell and recommended changes and updates that would make it more appealing to potential buyers. When we were ready to put the house on the market she walked us though the sellers paperwork and took some fabulous photographs of the house showing appealing angles that we never would have thought of. Natalie recommended to us a fair market price to sell the house, but ultimately left the decision up to us. Once the house was on the market, we were under contract in less then two days. We believe that it sold so quickly because of Natalie’s recommendations and expertise. Natalie is a professional and friendly Real Estate Agent. Berkhire Hathaway should be proud to have her as a team member. We have no plans to move again, but if we did, Natalie would be our first phone call.

The only 1 that answered her call, was Natalie. That shows that you will be dealing with a responsible agent. Oh am I glad i gave her the listing! This lady worked so hard to advertise the property. As an out of town investor, Natalie was always there for me to help with anything that I needed. I could not be happier with her punctuality, knowledge and service!!! I could have not hired a better agent, I REALLY MEAN IT!!!! She negotiated very smoothly with the buyer and got me a little more money than I expected.
